Public offer

1.1. This Public Offer is an official offer in accordance with Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer into the ownership of the Buyer textile goods, fabrics, and apparel presented in the domtextile.uz catalog, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods at the prices specified at the time of order placement.

3.1. All product prices are indicated in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Uzbek Soums (UZS). 3.2. Payment is made online using bank cards (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment processing system, or upon delivery. 3.3. When paying by bank card, all data is transferred via an encrypted TLS connection. The store does not store customer payment card details.

4.1. The Buyer places orders independently on the domtextile.uz website. Upon successful placement, a confirmation is sent via SMS or email. 4.2. Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan: 1–2 business days in Tashkent, 3–7 business days in regional areas. 4.3. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

5.1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the merchandise maintains its original condition and packaging. 5.2. In the event of order cancellation or return, refunds are credited exclusively to the bank card used for the initial purchase. Cash refunds are not provided for card transactions. 5.3. Refund crediting times depend on the issuing bank and range from 3 to 30 banking days.

6.1. To ensure transaction safety, all online payments are protected by 3D Secure 2.0 technology and adhere to international PCI DSS security standards. 6.2. The company continuously monitors payment transactions to prevent fraudulent activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the Seller reserves the right to suspend the order, request identity verification, or cancel the order with a full refund to the cardholder. 6.3. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose payment card credentials or one-time verification SMS codes to third parties.
