Payment and refunds

We accept bank cards of the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard, as well as cards of the national payment systems Uzcard and Humo.

After confirming your order you are redirected to the secure Uniteller payment page, where you enter the card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV code, then confirm the payment with a one-time 3-D Secure code sent by your bank via SMS.

After a successful payment you return to the site, the order is automatically marked as “Paid”, and a confirmation is sent to your e-mail. The payment link is valid for 30 minutes; if the payment was not completed, you can retry it from the order page.

Card details are entered only on the secure page of the Uniteller processing centre and are transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). Payment processing complies with the PCI DSS security standard; the store does not store bank card details and has no access to them.

If a paid order is cancelled or goods are returned, the money is refunded to the same bank card that was used for the payment. Cash refunds are not available for payments made by card.

To request a refund, contact our support team. Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided their appearance and packaging are preserved. Refunds are credited to the card within 3 to 30 calendar days depending on the issuing bank.

If a payment is not completed (insufficient funds, incorrect details, failed 3-D Secure confirmation), no money is charged from the card and the order remains unpaid — you can retry the payment or choose payment on delivery. If money was charged but the order was not marked as “Paid”, please contact support.
